Childcare-Expo-21-March-201 After the recent success of Childcare Expo London at Olympia earlier this month, the Broadway Events team are now focusing on the next early year’s exhibition in the shows annual calendar, Childcare Expo Manchester. The show will once again be supported by headline sponsors Morton Michel Insurance and takes place at EventCity on the 17 & 18 June.

The launch of the Manchester show has already received a fantastic response from both visitors and exhibitors alike as they eagerly await this brand new location for the ever popular series of childcare events. Event director Emma Barrett comments “We are delighted to be heading to Manchester this summer, EventCity’s ideal location offers easy access to the show along with free parking and lots of nearby accommodation for those looking to come from further afield”.

The educational seminar programme for the event has been set, covering a broad range of topics by speakers from Ofsted, NDNA, Forest Schools Education, Montessori Centre International, Bright Horizons and many more leading sector representatives.

Popular children’s TV presenter Dave Benson Phillips will be opening the show on the Friday and running a new feature called the ‘Make & Create Stage’ throughout the event where visitors can take part in a race to create the best resources from free and recycled materials. Dave will also be hosting a Makaton workshop on both days of the event which visitors can attend for free.

For those looking to find some new ideas for their settings, TTS will be creating an interactive and exciting Learning Location packed full of activity ideas which encompass all areas of the EYFS and focus on the Creative and Curious child. Attendees can enter an icy landscape of glowing glaciers, experience innovative approaches to ICT and mix, stir and conjure up creative concoctions!
