How can I register for Childcare & Education Expo?
You can register for all Childcare & Education Expo events here.
Who can attend?
If you work within the early years or primary sector then you can visit Childcare & Education Expo for free.
Can students attend?
Childcare & Education Expo is a trade event therefore not suitable for students to attend.
Can I bring children to the events?
You are more than welcome to bring children to Childcare & Education Expo providing that they are supervised by a responsible adult at all times. However, please note that children are not permitted into the seminar theatre. Children under the age of 16 do not need to register for the event.
Is the show free to attend?
It is free to attend the exhibition, the workshops and all feature areas at Childcare & Education Expo. Optional seminar sessions cost £16.50 when booked in advance and £21 when booked at the show. All prices exclude VAT.
Can I register on arrival to the show?
Yes, you may register on arrival to the show. Please go to the registration desk to do so.
Will I receive my entry badge before the event?
Yes, you will receive your badge via email. Please print or download your PDF badge in colour and bring it with you to the event to ensure quick access into the exhibition.
Can I attend more than one day?
Yes, your visitor badge gives you access to both days of the exhibition.
How do I register for seminar sessions?
You will be prompted to register for seminar sessions when you register as a visitor. If you wish to register for seminars after you have registered, you can do so by logging back into your registration hub.
Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email which will have a link to take you back to your registration hub. If you have lost or not received this confirmation email, please contact us on 01425 838393 to ask for the email to be re-sent.
Do I need to register for workshop sessions?
No, workshop sessions are free for visitors to attend, simply turn up and join in.
Will photographs and videos be taken at the event?
Yes, by registering for Childcare & Education Expo you agree to allow any photographs or videos taken by the official event photographer and videographer at the show, of either you or children in your care, to be used in publicity materials by Broadway Events.

Do I need a visa?

I require an invitation letter to assist with my visa application. How do I apply?
Unfortunately we cannot issue personal/individual letters of invitation for visa purposes. Once you have registered via the show website you will receive a confirmation email which is sufficient for visa application.
