The team will share their personal journeys in wellbeing and leadership, discuss the impact of wellbeing on business success, and introduce the dynamic Tessa Hawes, founder of MiniMe Mindfulness® (owned and operated by Mindset Mentors Ltd).

Tessa will lead a 2-hour, high-energy, CPD-accredited workshop designed to help you build lasting, positive habits for long-term wellbeing. You’ll leave equipped with simple tools, strategies, and insights ready to implement straight away.
