Friday 20th November
10.30am – 11.15am: Songs, Stories and Rhymes

Narrowing the attainment gap in language is a massive task. Active, dynamic engagement that has literacy at the heart of it will make an impact and turn the tide of change. This session will explore through ‘voice on’ activities the value and benefit of involving children in quirky, funny, lively action-packed singing, gentle movement and oral stories. New songs, ideas and rhymes written just for the session will be explored.
