We have received exciting news from our Headline Sponsors, Morton Michel, about their annual design competition. Here is what they had to say:
D esign a Sporting Superhero and Win Prizes!
Morton Michel’s annual design competition has proven to be a popular event within the early year’s sector with over 1,300 entries last year!
Inspired by the amazing success of Team GB in this year’s Olympics and Paralympics in Rio, this year’s design theme is ‘Design a Sporting Superhero’!
Run in association with SeeAbility, this year’s design competition will hopefully encourage discussions with the children in your care about sports and ability.
The competition is open to ANYONE in the early years and childcare sector and will be split into three categories; under 5’s, 5 – 7’s and 8 – 11’s.
Both the category winning entry and the setting who sent in the winning entry will receive a fantastic prize! All of the prizes have been kindly supplied by EYP Direct – the one-stop shop for the early years and primary sector.
As in previous years, and due to popular demand, each child entering will receive a set of Morton Michel pencils including pencil sharpener lid!
The competition closes on 18 November 2016 and the winning entries will be announced on November 25 so get designing!!
