Who we are
Nurseriesandschools.org is a new online search platform, industry blog and product and services listing for the UK nurseries and independent schools’ sector. We are a small team with extensive background in early year’s education; we know exactly what parents want to help them when deciding where to enrol their child in education, which is precisely what led us to setting up this platform.
What we do
We list nurseries and independent schools based across the UK. Our website’s comprehensive search functionality enables parents to search online and compare different nurseries and schools on multiple criteria such as facilities, opening hours, ratings and reviews to help them make an informed and confident decision when deciding where to enrol their child.
Similarly, we list product/ service provides who operate within the education sector so practitioners can search through and find the best fit for their requirements.
Industry blog:
We run an educational blog, where we publish articles weekly. In these blogs we discuss various topics from ‘Identifying Emotions: How to get your child to talk about how they feel’ to ‘Play-based learning activities for the early years’ to more topical discussions on current affairs such as COVID19 and the impact it will have on nursery schools.
ELearning Portal:
We have just launched our new eLearning Portal which features hundreds of courses; a perfect way to up-skill in the comfort of your own home. At the moment we offer a range of courses in topics such as childcare, health & safety, social care and business skills, with many more courses coming soon.
Jobs board:
Soon our website will feature a jobs board where job seekers can check out vacancies in their area as well as receive lots of tips and advice to help them get to where they want to be.
