You Can Never Run Out of Love is a perfect book for reading aloud and would make an ideal bedtime story.  Children will love the rhyming text and repetition which they’ll soon be joining in with.  It’s catchy, humorous and wonderfully charming.

We learn that although you can run out lots of things such as biscuits, socks, jelly and even nappies, you can never run out of love.  The illustrations perfectly compliment the text, featuring plenty of detail to engage children and use as a talking point for conversation.  There’s lots to giggle at too!

What’s so charming about this book is how love is depicted as being universal.  We see love come in many forms – love for pets, friends, family and more.  I particularly like the reassurance that ‘whenever you give some, you’ll always have more.’

You Can Never Run Out of Love is a heartwarming tale of love and friendship and will leave you with a warm, fuzzy feeling inside.
